The role involves handling all beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic alike, ensuring safe and responsible service in compliance with federal and state regulations. Concessions Bartenders play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by recommending beverages, managing orders efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. They are expected to be knowledgeable about various beer, wine, and spirit selections to upsell and personalize guest recommendations. The position also requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to de-escalate conflict, and a strong sense of responsibility, including cash handling and inventory management.
