Powering global fintech transactions, our comprehensive technology stack enables seamless banking solutions, lending platforms, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services, customized credit cards, prepaid cards, and more.About the RoleWe are hiring an Associate Product Manager to join the Lending product team. This is an earlycareer role designed for someone who wants to learn how fintech products are built at scale, from the inside.You will work alongside experienced Product Managers on a platform used by some of India's leading lenders. You will write stories, create documentation, support client engagements, and gradually build the intuition to own product decisions independently. If you are looking for a place to develop deep product skills in the lending domain, this role offers that directly.What Will You Do in this Role● Work with Product Managers on feature grooming, contributing to backlog refinement,  writing user stories, and ensuring acceptance criteria and test scenarios are clearly defined  before development begins.● Create and maintain product documentation for newly shipped features, including user  guides, product notes, and training content. Documentation ownership is a core part of this role.● Support the Go-to-Market process for feature releases: coordinate with Implementation and Support teams and help prepare rollout materials.● Participate in client meetings and product discussions, building your understanding of what  lenders need and how those needs translate into product requirements.● Contribute to market research and competitive analysis, helping the team stay informed on lending trends, regulatory changes, and competitor capabilities.● Maintain and contribute to the team's central product knowledge base, keeping it  structured and up to date.● Assist in preparing product decks and sales-enablement materials in collaboration with  senior PMs and the business team.What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role● 0 to 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, or a related field. Recent graduates with strong domain interest are welcome.● A genuine interest in lending, credit, or financial services. Prior exposure through  internships, coursework, or early roles in a bank, NBFC, or fintech is a strong advantage.● Strong written communication. You should be able to write clearly and structure information well. Product documentation and story writing are core deliverables.● An analytical and structured mindset. You ask good questions and work through problems  methodically.● Willingness to learn the technical and domain depth that comes with building B2B lending  software. You will be expected to get into the detail.● Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Economics, or  similar).
