About The Role & Team
We are seeking a Senior Project Controls Analyst to join our Project Controls Team — a group committed to developing and scaling Euclid’s project controls offerings across all clients and service lines. Euclid’s project controls services span development, pre-construction, financing, construction, hand-off to asset management, and M&A transactions.
This individual will work closely with services leadership, the existing controls team, and cross-functional teams to support and execute our budget and schedule offerings while continuously looking for ways to add value. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the renewable energy industry, exceptional analytical skills across both cost and schedule disciplines, and a deep passion for the impact that rigorous project controls can have on project outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Cost Controls
• Support cost control and budget tracking across a portfolio of solar PV and energy storage projects from C&I to utility-scale across all major US markets.
• Monitor budgets against actuals, track committed costs, and flag variances to project teams and leadership.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting by aligning cost data with project schedules and payment milestones.
• Contribute to financing activities, draw cadence planning, and lender reporting as needed.
• Support benchmarking exercises to identify cost trends and opportunities for savings.
• Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards (project-level spend, commitments vs. actuals, forecast variance) to inform project managers and leadership.
• Assist in assessing vendor change order requests and their potential budget impact.
• Produce clear, concise reports and analyses to support decision-making and operational improvements.
Schedule Controls
• Support the development, maintenance, and administration of project master schedules across the portfolio.
• Analyze schedules for risk and contribute to strategy sessions to identify solutions and mitigation paths.
• Coordinate third-party schedule updates by participating in reporting cycles, evaluating schedule quality, and integrating updates into the master schedule.
• Monitor critical path, track forecast variances, and surface key schedule risks to project and client teams.
• Support schedule review meetings with project teams, contributing to collaborative discussions and timeline tracking.
• Drive accurate cash flow forecasting through alignment of schedule milestones and budget data.
• Assess vendor change order requests to evaluate their potential impact on project timelines.
Cross-Functional & Platform Contributions
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for project controls inquiries, interfacing with project clients, vendors, and internal teams as needed.
• Actively contribute to enhancing project controls processes and procedures for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the design and continuous improvement of tools and workflows within Euclid’s platform to better serve project developers and investors.
• Collaborate across the controls team and broader organization on ad-hoc analyses and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience in renewable energy or adjacent industries (construction, manufacturing, utilities) strongly preferred.
• Strong technical project controls acumen, with working knowledge of both cost and schedule disciplines.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, with an uncompromising commitment to data integrity and deliverable accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; clear and professional in client-facing and internal contexts.
• Collaborative team player willing to roll up your sleeves and support a fast-growing company.
• Proven ability to work independently in remote or asynchronous environments.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and databases (Excel, Smartsheet), including data summarization, visualization, and formula/coding skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and persistent in driving projects forward.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Deep expertise in data manipulation, analysis, and automation in Excel and/or Smartsheet.
