The Senior Finance Systems Analyst supports FP&A and Finance stakeholders by translating business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions. The role acts as a bridge between Finance, Data & Analytics, and IT—owning user stories, improving reporting processes, and driving continuous improvement in financial analytics. You will partner with various finance functions, acting as their single point of contact, to ensure the successful advancement of finance data & analytics within Cytiva.

What you’ll do

• Partner with global FP&A teams to capture requirements, prioritise demand, and manage reporting/analytics initiatives
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional designs; coordinate delivery with development teams
• Support users with reporting questions and ensure accurate, reliable financial insights
• Drive continuous improvement using DBS tools (Kaizen, PSP, VOC) to identify and implement enhancements
• Optimise Qlik Sense usage by eliminating waste, duplication, and inefficiencies in financial processes
• Perform business testing, validate outputs, and support user acceptance testing prior to release
• Manage stakeholder expectations, challenge requests, and act as a consultant to improve usage of existing solutions

Who you are

• Degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field
• Strong experience in FP&A / financial reporting environments
• Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense (or similar BI tools)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships globally
• Strong communication, prioritisation, and organisational skills
