As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive our hiring efforts across the US and Europe by owning end-to-end recruitment processes and bringing in exceptional talent. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, advising them and ensuring alignment on hiring needs while delivering a seamless candidate experience. This position combines strategic stakeholder engagement with hands-on execution: proactively sourcing and attracting strong candidates, conducting thorough initial interviews and assessments, and coordinating onboarding. The position also extends beyond recruitment itself: you will take ownership of a range of broader operational and process tasks that keep the team and our ways of working running smoothly, alongside helping to raise the bar on the talent we bring in.Who you areExperience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExperience hiring into the US marketAble to partner with and advise senior stakeholders, building strong working relationships across teamsProactive in sourcing and engaging strong talent, including candidates who aren't actively lookingSkilled at conducting candidate interviews and rigorously assessing talent, alongside managing recruitment coordinationPragmatic and hands-on, ready to take ownership of broader operational and process work beyond core Talent AcquisitionStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a demanding workload across multiple positionsDetail-oriented, with experience handling onboarding administration and process executionStrong communication skills with fluency in EnglishAdapts quickly and prioritizes effectively under pressureAwesome to haveExperience hiring business development, commercial and GTM positionsExperience in, or exposure to, executive searchFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment toolsExperience working in fintech, technology, or other high-growth environmentsPlease include a CV in EnglishCurious to learn more about Klarna and what it’s like to work here?
