About Us
At Félix, we're building the financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S., starting with a revolution in remittances. Our core product is an AI-powered chatbot built on WhatsApp, allowing our users to send money home as easily as sending a text message. We leverage cutting-edge technology like AI, blockchain, and stablecoins to make cross-border payments faster, more affordable, and more accessible than ever before.
We are a hyper-growth Series B company, backed by over $100 million in funding from top-tier global investors, including QED, Castle Island, Switch Ventures, HTwenty, Monashees, and General Catalyst Customer Value Fund. This isn't just about the numbers; it's a testament to the trust our investors have in our vision and our team. Additionally, Félix was selected as an “Endeavour Entrepreneur” and was a recipient of the CrossTech Fintech Startups Award. We are a group of extremely talented and dedicated high-performers, united by our shared obsession with a single goal: empowering our customers. We are all owners of Félix, driven by a bias for action and a true experimentation spirit to get shit done with urgency and focus.
Joining Félix means you will be part of a team building a legacy, a company that will outlive us all. This is a rare opportunity to apply your skills to a deeply meaningful mission—serving a community that has been underserved for too long. We are a team that is fiercely loyal to each other, where radical transparency and constructive feedback are how we grow and push for excellence. We are bold, we care less about what others are doing, and more about creating sustainable value and a product that truly makes our users' lives better. We are building the future, today.

About the Role

Félix is expanding its physical footprint through a network of hubs that bring the brand's conversational-first, community-rooted approach to life in person. This role owns the end-to-end process of standing up new hubs, from site search through full operational handoff, and takes on management of existing spaces along the way. It is a hands-on, execution-first role for someone who can move fast, manage vendors and budgets independently, and make sure every hub reflects how Félix shows up for the Latino families it serves.
Over the next 12 to 18 months, this person will lead the buildout of new hubs and bring proper operational management to existing spaces. As the hub network grows, this role could be expected to grow with it. Travel-based due to its work across current and future Félix hub markets in the U.S. and LatAm.

What You’ll Own

  • Scout, evaluate, and select sites for new Félix hubs across target markets, balancing cost, location, and fit with the communities Félix serves
  • Lead the full buildout process for each new hub: permitting, design, construction or renovation coordination, furnishing, and technology setup
  • Source, hire, and manage vendors and contractors across each stage of setup (construction, design, IT, security, and other services as needed)
  • Own hub budgets and timelines, keeping projects on track and escalating risks early
  • Hand off each hub fully operational, including documentation, vendor relationships, and processes for ongoing upkeep
  • Take on management of existing Félix hubs, ensuring they run smoothly day to day and reflect consistent brand and cultural standards
  • Bring a cultural and experience lens to each space: how it looks, feels, and functions should reinforce Félix's connection to the communities it operates in
  • Travel regularly and extensively to hub markets during search, buildout, and launch phases
  • As the hub count grows, help build the case for and eventually lead a small team supporting hub operations

What Success Looks Like (The First 6 Months)

  • 5-6 new hubs launched and fully operational within 12-18 months, on budget and on schedule
  • 2 existing hubs running smoothly under consistent operational standards
  • A repeatable playbook for hub setup that could support a team as the network scales
  • Hubs that feel distinctly "Félix," recognizable across markets while staying rooted in their local community following Félix hubs operating principles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or hub/site operations, ideally including at least one full buildout from site selection to launch
  • Strong vendor management skills, comfortable negotiating contracts and managing multiple contractors and timelines at once
  • A background that blends operational rigor with a people or hospitality orientation.
  • Experience in hospitality, workplace experience, or people-facing roles is a plus
  • Proficiency with Notion, ClickUp and PM platforms.
  • Comfortable with heavy travel and working independently across multiple markets at once
  • Strong project management instincts: can juggle several hubs at different stages simultaneously without losing track of details
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred, given the communities Félix serves
  • Experience working in a fast-moving startup environment, where processes are still being built
  • Based in CDMX or Bogotá., with flexibility to travel to and temporarily be on-site in launch markets as needed
  • These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.

What to Expect in the First Months

  • By 3 months
    • Existing hubs are stabilized: clear operational standards in place, any open issues (vendor gaps, facility problems, inconsistent processes) identified and resolved or in progress
    • Site selection underway for Mexico City and Buenos Aires, with shortlists and criteria shared with leadership
    • Vendor relationships established in at least one of the two new markets

  • By 6 months
    • Mexico City and Buenos Aires hubs are either launched or in final buildout stages
    • A documented playbook exists capturing what worked and what didn't across the first two international launches, covering site selection, vendor sourcing, and buildout sequencing
    • Existing hubs continue to run smoothly with minimal escalation needed

  • By 9 months
    • Playbook is being actively used to plan the next wave: Bogota, Sao Paulo, and San Francisco
    • At least one of the next three hubs has an active timeline and site search underway
    • All previously launched hubs (existing plus Mexico City and Buenos Aires) are running independently with clear ongoing management in place, freeing this role to focus on new launches rather than firefighting old ones

What We Offer

  • Initial stock options grant
