U.S. Bank is seeking a collaborative and strategic leader to serve as our Operations Manager – Product Integration & User Adoption and help maximize the impact of the ARES platform across the organization.
Why This Role Matters
The ARES platform is a critical business capability, and this team serves as the bridge between users and platform teams. As the leader of User Experience & Platform Readiness, you'll oversee the people, processes, and insights that ensure platform quality, adoption, operational readiness, and user satisfaction. You'll have a direct impact on how users experience ARES while influencing future enhancements and platform strategy.
What You'll Do
Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for user enablement, testing, training, operational support, issue triage, and platform health monitoring.
Serve as the primary connection point between platform users and product teams, ensuring feedback is heard, analyzed, and translated into actionable improvements.
Drive platform adoption through data-driven insights, user engagement strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technology teams, and leadership to identify trends, escalate risks, and enhance the user experience.
Monitor platform performance, user satisfaction, operational readiness, and support channels to improve outcomes and service delivery.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.

Location & Schedule
Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN or Milwaukee, WI
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm CST
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of experience in trust and securities operational functions
Three to five years of management experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Strong knowledge of trust and securities operations, products, systems, and services
Experience leading teams focused on operational excellence, user support, training, testing, or process improvement
Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive informed decision making
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities
Experience leading through change and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Location Expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
