Accountabilities:
- Collaborate closely with Quality Engineers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the quality and stability of software releases.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites for web applications.
- Perform manual and automated regression testing to identify defects and validate product functionality.
- Manage bug lifecycle activities, including reporting, tracking, prioritization, and validation of fixes.
- Analyze logs and system behaviors to support root cause investigations and quality improvements.
- Participate actively in quality initiatives, promoting best practices and contributing to the evolution of testing processes.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve automation frameworks, testing strategies, and overall software quality.
- Share knowledge and mentor team members, fostering a strong quality culture across engineering teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Engineering, Software Testing, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework for creating and maintaining automated test scenarios.
- Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, quality processes, and test automation best practices.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with modern web automation frameworks such as Cypress and Playwright is considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze application logs and technical information.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to different audiences.
