Single PositionExplore a Career With UsView All JobsTransitional Services ManagementCIUDAD DE MEXICO, Distrito Federal, Mexico No longer accepting applications.Job ID25928372Date posted12/17/2025DepartmentOperations - CoreManage the delivery of transitional services, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions of the TSA ContractDefine and maintain the scope of transitional services, applications and infrastructureAssess the impact of scope changes and prioritize them based on business needsFacilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including the service providers, clients, and other relevant partiesResolve issues and escalate as necessary to ensure minimal disruption to servicesAssist with necessary information for the development and implementation of transition plansOversee and support of the transitional services BTB projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and budgetKey Responsibilities:Provide support for the management of the transitional services activities including providing advice and guidance regarding governance and control of build the bank projectsProvide administrative support to the TSA Manager, helping to maintain the integrity of the Golden Source and collating and delivering accurate and timely reporting to the Service Management team for management consumptionApply the service transition governance framework to assure the provision of services that meet business needs and are delivered according to agreed conditionsProvide support for transitional services enabling the escalation and resolution of service transition management issues, removal of blockers, and management of risks, issues, and dependenciesParticipate and facilitate service transition forums highlighting risks and issues relating to the deployment of new/changed servicesWork with service providers to drive the integration of Operational ServicesEnforce and follow procedures/processes to maintain updated information related to services in scopeDevelop, implement, and maintain robust procedures and processes to govern BTB requirements, ensuring timely and effective deliveryKey Success Metrics:On-Time completion rate for scope changesTransitional services BTB Project  timely delivery of estimates and Statement of Work generation Effective governance frameworks implemented and adopted by all stakeholdersZero critical audit findings or regulatory breaches during the TSA related to service managementExisting documentation available for any pre-established auditable requirementTimely achievement agreed actions Qualifications and Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferredProven experience in Financial service management - Strong organizational skills, capable of navigating complex global/local governance structuresStrategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment and to lead and coordinate activities across different teamsTechnical background in IT infrastructure and/or development Expertise working with IT projects and an awareness of common methodologies like Agile and WaterfallStakeholder management: excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills to effectively communicate complex issues to various stakeholders, both technical and non-technicalStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve service deliveryA resilient attitude to navigate challenges and adapt to changing requirementsHighly fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
