Accountabilities:
- Define and govern Health Cloud architecture including patient/member data models, care plans, care teams, care programs, and healthcare workflows.
- Drive technical solutioning across Salesforce core platform, Health Cloud extensions, integrations, automation, and enterprise data architecture.
- Design and oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and healthcare standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Provide hands-on leadership in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce API development.
- Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle including requirements analysis, solution design, development oversight, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and enforce Salesforce best practices, performance optimization, and governance standards.
- Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, bridging business requirements with scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Mentor and guide distributed Salesforce teams including developers, admins, QA, and offshore delivery teams.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities including Care Programs, Care Plans, Utilization Management, Care Gaps, and Patient/Member Profiles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce integration patterns.
- Proven experience designing healthcare integrations involving EHR/EMR systems and payer/provider workflows.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Experience defining enterprise-grade architecture covering security, data access models, consent management, and compliance (HIPAA/PHI).
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
- Strong leadership in Agile/Scaled Agile environments, including sprint planning, release management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent communication, consulting mindset, and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leadership.
- Proven ability to mentor teams and drive technical excellence across distributed delivery environments.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 9+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and delivery, including strong Health Cloud exposure.
