Accountabilities:

    The Senior Client Success Manager will oversee client relationships from implementation through renewal and expansion, acting as a strategic advisor and internal advocate for assigned pharmaceutical clients. This role requires strong relationship management, operational coordination, and business insight to ensure client objectives are consistently achieved.

    • Serve as the primary post-sales contact and relationship owner for assigned pharmaceutical clients, managing engagement throughout implementation, reporting, renewal, and growth activities.
    • Build and maintain trusted, senior-level client relationships by understanding business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients identify operational strategies and solutions that support their objectives and deliver measurable value.
    • Represent client needs internally and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of programs, services, and ongoing initiatives.
    • Lead client engagement activities by identifying priorities, defining next steps, and ensuring alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Conduct market, client, and competitive analysis to provide recommendations and identify opportunities for business growth.
    • Develop executive-level presentations, updates, and reporting materials that communicate insights, progress, and strategic recommendations.
    • Support account growth and retention strategies by identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and expand partnerships.
    • Maintain accurate client and opportunity information using Salesforce, ensuring visibility into account activities, opportunities, and follow-up actions.
    • Collaborate effectively across departments to remove barriers, coordinate resources, and deliver high-quality client experiences.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced client success or account management professional with a strong background supporting pharmaceutical clients and complex healthcare programs. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client success, account management, customer engagement, or related roles.
      • Experience managing high-value pharmaceutical contracts, healthcare programs, or managed operational services.
      • Background supporting clients within the pharma pharmacy segment is strongly preferred.
      • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare and insurance ecosystem, including patients, providers, payers, pharmacies, and related stakeholders.
      • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders.
      • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
      • Strong presentation skills with experience creating executive-level updates, reports, and strategic recommendations.
      • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams, coordinate projects, and drive alignment toward shared goals.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
      • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to assess challenges, recommend solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
      • Experience using Salesforce for account management, opportunity tracking, and client relationship management.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
      • Experience using SharePoint for documentation management, collaboration, and maintaining shared resources.
      • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong self-management and collaboration skills.
