Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the customer support team to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and procedures
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive customer success and achieve business objectives
• Analyze customer support metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Team leader for teams with individual contributors and managers
• Accountable for and able to lead complex global project teams
• Develop and continuously improve key processes
• Leads development of medium to longterm planning: Annual Operating Plan (AOP) or Strategic Planning (STRAP)

YOU MUST HAVE

• 0 years of proven experience in customer support management at a senior leadership level
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices
