Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans across a focused portfolio of global enterprise customers.
- Identify customer priorities, business initiatives, executive stakeholders, renewal opportunities, competitive risks, and expansion opportunities.
- Drive workflow-led expansion by positioning solutions around high-value business processes and measurable customer outcomes.
- Build executive alignment and create compelling business cases connected to customer goals, challenges, and strategic priorities.
- Engage senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, IT, Operations, Transformation, Finance, and executive leadership.
- Lead cross-functional account teams across Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, Value Advisory, Marketing, Partners, and leadership teams.
- Create and manage strategic pipeline through account-based selling, executive outreach, customer workshops, partner collaboration, and field initiatives.
- Apply advanced sales methodologies to qualify opportunities, develop champions, engage decision-makers, quantify business impact, and drive complex deals forward.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to support product evolution, go-to-market strategies, and enterprise growth initiatives.
- 10+ years of SaaS sales experience, including significant experience selling to large enterprise organizations.
- Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Proven success managing strategic named accounts and driving expansion across multiple business units, regions, and stakeholder groups.
- Experience closing and expanding large enterprise opportunities, including multi-product, multi-year, or transformation-focused deals.
- Strong ability to build executive relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, IT, Transformation, Finance, and C-level stakeholders.
- Deep expertise with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional deal teams involving sales engineering, customer success, services, marketing, partners, and executive sponsors.
- Strong account planning skills, including stakeholder mapping, pipeline strategy, opportunity planning, and measurable growth initiatives.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous enterprise environments with persistence, strategic thinking, and strong leadership.
- AI fluency and curiosity, with experience leveraging AI tools to improve account research, customer insights, sales planning, and productivity.
