Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain AI-powered applications and automation solutions using Python and modern development practices.
- Work with generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, and AI APIs.
- Integrate AI services such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI into business and technical workflows.
- Prepare, process, and manage text-based data for AI applications, including data preprocessing and text handling.
- Apply basic natural language processing concepts to improve AI-driven solutions.
- Design and execute model testing, evaluation, and performance improvement processes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement AI solutions within cloud-based environments.
- Support cloud infrastructure initiatives across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Contribute to monitoring and observability practices using tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Splunk, and OpenTelemetry.
- Analyze logs, troubleshoot technical issues, and support incident resolution processes.
- Assist with automation initiatives, including scripting, runbook automation, and operational improvements.
- Support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD workflows, version control, and deployment processes.
- Apply AIOps concepts, anomaly detection techniques, and intelligent automation practices to improve system reliability.
- Support IT service management processes and operational workflows using tools such as ServiceNow.
- Strong programming experience with Python and familiarity with automation scripting using Python or Bash.
- Understanding of generative AI concepts, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
- Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, text processing, and basic NLP concepts.
- Experience with Git, version control practices, and collaborative software development workflows.
- Understanding of model testing, evaluation, and AI solution performance measurement.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Splunk, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of logs, metrics, traces, and end-to-end observability practices.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration concepts.
- Understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Knowledge of incident management, SRE practices, and operational reliability concepts.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow is a plus.
