**Summary:**
Meta is looking for a talented, highly motivated engineer to join the Production Services Automation Team () under the Infra Data Center (Infra Data Center) org at Meta. The IDC org is responsible for deploying and supporting one of the world’s largest, most complex, and robust networks. Automation, especially through Robotics technologies, is the key to meeting our demands; you will be responsible for conceiving, developing and launching tools to support network deployment, maintenance, and scale of data center and edge infrastructure. **Required Skills:**
Infrastructure Engineer, Automation and Tooling, Fullstack (Robotics) Responsibilities:
1. Drive requirements with Robotics and partner teams, vendors and third parties to align our internal tooling efforts
2. Conceptualize, design, build, and maintain internal fullstack tools to support Robotics programs that contribute towards network designing, planning, deployment, operation, etc
3. Architect efficient and reusable full-stack systems that drive complex Robotics applications
4. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement, verify and iterate on internal customer facing products, identify and resolve performance and user interface scalability issues
5. Help scale and optimize our overall network capacity by developing cutting edge software solutions which improve efficiency and bring automation through Robotics to our data centers
6. Proactively find gaps that impact multiple teams/orgs, come up with the execution plan and drive the project and influence other teams to reach there
7. Lead/mentor other engineers within and outside of the team. Work with other team members from partner teams, understand their challenges, define and deliver automation solutions to address challenges
8. Help make the people around you move faster by identifying issues slowing the team down and driving changes to address them
9. Help with recruiting and onboarding of new members to the team. Help them by mentoring and ensuring their quick ramp-up within our environment
**Minimum Qualifications:**

10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
11. Experience with Web technologies (JS, React, HTML, CSS)
12. Experience debugging issues, benchmarking performance, and implementing automated testing
13. Experience with programming languages (Javascript, PHP, Python, C++, etc)
14. Proven experience translating business requirements into software requirements and explaining the system design
15. Experience evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies based on project requirements, trade-offs, and scalability needs
16. Knowledge of architectural design for frontend applications and fullstack systems
17. 10+ years of experience building software for robotics/enterprise infrastructure
18. Experience with fullstack development (Hack/PHP, GraphQL, SQL)

20. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
21. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
22. Experience leading and contributing to large cross-functional projects in a global environment
23. Knowledge of Robotics applications and products towards software development
24. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
25. Experience working on a global team in a matrixed environment with limited supervision

$162,000/year to $227,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
