Ecolab is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Talent Acquisition team.

What You Will Do:

  • Screen talent pools and confirm basic qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit, salary requirements, career pipeline and work authorization
  • Prepare and post job adverts across different job boards
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, to include extensive use of our internet related recruiting systems
  • Promote the Ecolab brand to build and maintain a reputation as an Employer of Choice
  • Identify and help lead initiatives that drive hiring efficiencies and improvements to our recruitment efforts
  • Assist with other recruitment tasks as needed
  • Related administrative responsibilities and miscellaneous projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
  • 1 year of experience in recruiting or Human Resources
  • Immigration sponsorship and relocation are not available for this position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to demonstrate a successful record of using rapport-building phone skills (listening, probing, persuading) in previous recruiting assignments
  • Ability to effectively use interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates’ qualifications in relation to the position requirements to determine a successful match and provide accurate, actionable feedback to hiring managers
  • Working knowledge of OFCCP requirements
  • Must project poise and confidence
  • Knowledge and experience using Workday
  • Knowledge of additional European language would be an asset
