Job requirements You should haveMinimum of 4 years of product management or adjacent product-building experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or a highly analytical product areaDemonstrated success collaborating on complex cross-functional initiatives with engineering, data science, marketing, and compliance teamsEndless curiosity for solving complex problems, ramping up quickly in new domains, and continuously improving how you and your team workDeep passion for using data to drive decisions, including comfort pulling and joining large datasets with SQL and performing analysis in tools such as Python and TableauFluency with modern AI-assisted and prototyping tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, Figma, or similar) to accelerate exploration, analysis, prototyping, and day-to-day executionExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting insights and recommendations succinctly to senior and executive stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple workstreams, ruthlessly prioritize, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment Job responsibilities In this role, you willOwn the end-to-end roadmap for partner launches, building embedded capital products from 0 to 1 and scaling them across partner ecosystemsDefine and drive the product experience across the full stack – UX, underwriting, operations, marketing, and compliance – to ensure solutions are both customer-centric and institution-readyLead analytical deep dives to size opportunities, build business cases for new features and partnerships, and recommend clear go / no-go decisionsAct as a solutions architect with external partners, confidently representing both the credit and product dimensions of Fundbox’s offerings in executive-level conversationsPartner closely with engineering, data, marketing, credit, and legal/compliance teams to align on goals, remove blockers, and deliver high-quality launches on timeConduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to identify new product opportunities and understand market trendsServe as the voice of both customers and partners in product decisions, ensuring Fundbox solutions create value for small businesses while meeting partner objectives Job benefits Compensation range for all levels is $150,000 – $200,000.The range displayed for this job reflects the base salary the company reasonably expects to pay for this position in New York City.
