Accountabilities:

    • Partner with GTM and Managed Growth leadership to define and operationalize route-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives and revenue goals.
    • Drive cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data teams by clarifying priorities, managing dependencies, and ensuring accountability.
    • Build and maintain operating cadences, including planning cycles, leadership forums, and recurring business reviews that improve alignment and execution speed.
    • Act as the operational hub for the Managed business, independently leading initiatives while coordinating support from broader Strategy & Operations partners when needed.
    • Strengthen information flow across teams by designing systems that improve visibility, communication, and decision-making in a matrixed environment.
    • Lead operational readiness for product launches, integrations, and GTM initiatives by coordinating planning, enablement, and execution across stakeholders.
    • Own the Voice of Customer loop for the Managed business, translating insights into product and GTM improvements.
    • Requirements:

      • 6–10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, program management, or GTM operations roles in a high-growth or matrixed organization.
      • Strong experience working across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives.
      • Proven ability to turn strategy into execution, build operating rhythms, and drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable business insights.
      • Strong communication and influence skills, with experience operating in leadership-facing, high-visibility environments.
      • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous settings and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
      • Experience with SaaS, platform businesses, or multi-product GTM motions is strongly preferred.
