You will provide technical guidance, mentor junior team members, and leverage in-depth professional knowledge to develop solutions in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and Agile product development. Take end-to-end ownership of critical components across modern frontend frameworks and robust backend services.Complex Problem Resolution: Provide solutions to complex issues in creative and effective ways. Proactively debug, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks across the stack with limited guidance. Understand the interrelationships of different disciplines and apply this knowledge to system design.Technical Guidance & Mentorship: Serve as a subject matter expert to mentor junior engineers, lead complex cross-team code reviews, and help set quality and performance standards.
