Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Student Nurse, you will make the pivotal transition from student to professional nurse, building trust with your clinical preceptor and patients as you apply classroom concepts in a real-time, supportive environment. Our comprehensive residency program is designed to establish you as a reliable resource and helpful supporter for patients and families.Every day you will practice essential nursing skills, collaborate with experienced healthcare professionals, and contribute to patient care plans, actively applying your foundational knowledge in a dynamic clinical setting.To be successful in this role, you will bring enthusiasm for helping others and a keen desire to put your classroom experience into practice. - Performs unit support duties/activities.
- Maintains commitment to individual growth and development by: a. Recognizing own skill level and asking for assistance when necessary; b. Participating in special projects, and/or in-services.

- Compliance with policy and procedures
- Complies with safety, infection control, Dignity Health Integrity Program, and other organizational policies (90-day evals-department specific orientation checklists completed; annual evals - annual competency checklists completed).

Job Requirements
Required
- Course study of one of the following: a) A student enrolled in a board-approved pre-licensure program or school; b) Taking a board-approvedcontinuing education course or a post-licensure course; or c) Unlicensed graduate of an accredited nursingprogram., upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
