You will work closely with international clients to understand their hiring needs and translate them into effective talent acquisition strategies. Accountabilities:

    • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for a variety of roles.
    • Develop and execute advanced Boolean search strategies to identify and engage passive and executive-level talent.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and professional networks to create strong talent pipelines.
    • Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs, leadership profiles, and organizational culture requirements.
    • Use platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Stack Overflow, and other sourcing tools to identify top-tier talent.
    • Deliver a high-touch, consultative recruitment experience to both clients and candidates throughout the process.
    • Requirements:

      • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment roles.
      • Proven experience recruiting for US-based companies, ideally in e-commerce, tech, or within a staffing/recruitment agency environment.
      • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to closing candidates.
      • Advanced knowledge of Boolean search techniques and proactive sourcing strategies.
      • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
      • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and remote work environment.
