Currently we have an opening for a Facilities Supervisor. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead and influence facilities and purchasing operations across multiple locations, driving standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in enhancing supplier performance, improving efficiencies, and ensuring our facilities operate safely, effectively, and consistently while making a meaningful impact across the organization.

What you will be doing
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to site-based Purchasing & Facilities Coordinators in a matrix environment.
- Standardize purchasing and facilities management processes across all locations.
- Monitor purchasing performance, including lead times, supplier performance, and expediting trends, and resolve systemic issues.
- Ensure compliance with facility inspections, maintenance schedules, safety requirements, and vendor management standards.
- Track operational performance, including parts availability, facility downtime, and vendor responsiveness, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Workshop Managers, EHS, and Finance to align priorities and improve operational performance.
- Drive process standardization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements across the network.

- Improved parts availability across all locations.
- Reduced reactive purchasing and expediting.
- Consistent facility compliance and standardized processes.
- Improved supplier performance and operational efficiency.
- Measurable cost savings through continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will bring along
- Post-secondary education in Facilities Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Experience in facilities management, operations, supply chain, or a related leadership role.
- Experience leading and influencing teams in a matrix or multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, purchasing processes, and facilities maintenance.
- Proven ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CMMS systems is considered an asset.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
- Willingness and ability to travel to multiple locations as required.
