NVIDIA is searching for a business leader to grow its Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) segment in India. This important, visible role advances NVIDIA's AI platform adoption within India's top banks, NBFCs, insurers, and financial services firms. The focus includes accelerated computing infrastructure and generative and agentic AI use cases. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong BFSI sector knowledge, hands-on experience with AI adoption in this field, and a well-established network of contacts among technology and business leaders at India's world-class financial institutions. This position requires working closely with NVIDIA solution architects, business development leaders, and developer relations to increase revenue. Being able to easily engage with senior executives, strategy decision-makers, data scientists, and IT leaders at clients and prospects is an asset.

What you'll be doing:

You will handle every element of strategy formulation and rollout, forecasting, sales account management, and ecosystem enablement in the BFSI domain:

  • Lead and increase NVIDIA's BFSI business in India, establishing strong market reach and ecosystem advancement within banking, insurance, NBFC, and capital markets.

  • Collaborate intimately with NVIDIA's network of cloud providers, OEMs, ISVs, GSIs, and consulting partners to build and provide comprehensive solutions for BFSI customers.

  • Collaborate with NVIDIA's global and India-based product, solutions architecture, and marketing teams to tailor the go-to-market strategy for the Indian BFSI landscape.

  • Identify and develop high-value workloads where AI (GenAI, agentic AI, fraud detection, risk modeling, customer intelligence, underwriting) can be applied within BFSI, translating them into commercial opportunities.

  • Contribute to the long-term success of our team by being a collaborative leader amongst your peers, consistently striving to improve and reinvent yourself.

  • Track and report on pipeline, revenue, and account health, and provide accurate forecasting to regional and global leadership.

What we need to see:

  • 12+ years of overall experience in enterprise technology sales, business development, or consulting, with a significant portion passionate about the BFSI sector in India.

  • Proven exposure to AI/ML, data platforms, cloud, or advanced analytics. This can be through direct sales or delivery experience. It can also come from deep familiarity with how financial institutions adopt these technologies.

  • Experience working with or through a partner ecosystem (cloud players, OEMs, SI partners, ISVs) to construct complex, multi-party enterprise deals.

  • Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and collaborator leadership skills; comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience; MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
