Accountabilities:

    • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments, ensuring full compliance with internal policies, controls, and regulatory standards.
    • Manage reconciliation activities across financial systems, ensuring balances are accurate and resolving discrepancies in a timely and structured manner.
    • Enforce balance sheet integrity standards and ensure accurate reporting to internal control teams for all relevant ledgers.
    • Collaborate with internal control, audit, and finance stakeholders to support internal and external audit requirements and maintain robust control environments.
    • Provide expert guidance on payables and payment-related processes to internal stakeholders and business partners when required.
    • Identify, implement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across payment processing and expense management workflows.
    • Monitor, track, and resolve escalated payment issues while ensuring timely escalation where necessary.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
      • Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounts payable and payment operations within complex, multinational environments.
      • Strong expertise in payment processing systems, invoice management, and financial reconciliation processes.
      • Deep understanding of accounts payable controls, compliance standards, and financial governance frameworks.
      • Experience working with global stakeholders across multiple time zones and coordinating complex operational workflows.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
      • Ability to manage operational risk in high-volume financial environments where accuracy and timeliness are critical.
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and collaborative working style.
      • Familiarity with ERP and financial systems used in large-scale organizations.
      • Ability to work in hybrid/shift-based environments supporting global operations.
