Accountabilities:

    • Lead consulting sessions with clients, guiding them through structured marketing and referral-based growth methodologies.
    • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring alignment, progress tracking, and achievement of project goals.
    • Translate client needs into actionable strategies and ensure successful implementation of marketing and sales initiatives.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, project updates, and performance insights within CRM systems.
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product to ensure integrated delivery of solutions.
    • Monitor client performance, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure continuous improvement of results.
    • Support the evolution of consulting processes by providing feedback and insights from client engagements.
    • Requirements:

      • Proven experience in marketing, consulting, or project management roles, ideally within a client-facing environment.
      • Strong understanding of acquisition channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and related strategies.
      • Experience with data analysis, A/B testing, and performance optimization to support decision-making.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
      • Ability to adapt strategies based on different client needs and business contexts.
      • Proactive mindset, autonomy, and comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
      • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights is a plus.
      • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively is highly valued.
