In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and supporting the delivery of high-quality data for analytics and business insights.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data availability, reliability, and performance across our platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and optimize data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for large-scale datasetsDevelop scalable data solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and deliveryEnsure data quality, validation, and reliability across pipelinesWork with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutionsDebug and troubleshoot data issues across pipelines and systemsSupport data modeling efforts (e.g., star schema, dimensional models)Contribute to improving pipeline performance and reducing latencyCollaborate with global teams in a fast-paced environmentQualifications2–4 years of experience in Data Engineering or related rolesStrong programming skills in Python and SQL (required)Experience working with data pipelines and ETL processesFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Experience with data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.)Understanding of data modeling conceptsStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsAbility to work in a global environment (English required) Preferred QualificationsExperience with Spark / PySparkFamiliarity with orchestration tools such as AirflowKnowledge of DBT or similar transformation toolsExperience working with large-scale datasetsExposure to CI/CD or DataOps practicesAdditional InformationWhat You’ll Need to SucceedStrong attention to detail and data qualityHands-on mindset with ability to learn quicklyOwnership of tasks and ability to work independentlyGood communication and collaboration skillsInterest in building scalable data systemsOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
