If you're ready to lead a business-critical product portfolio and influence the future of industrial software on a global scale, this could be your next career move.

At Enablon, a Wolters Kluwer business, we're looking for an experienced Associate Director, Technology Product Management to define the vision, strategy, and growth of our Process Safety Management portfolio. In this role, you'll work closely with customers, engineering, commercial teams, and senior leadership to deliver innovative solutions that help organizations manage operational risk and improve safety worldwide.

The Role

As Associate Director, Technology Product Management, you will own the strategic direction and commercial success of Enablon's Process Safety Management portfolio, including Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), BowTie, and Barrier Management.

You will shape the long-term product vision, identify new market opportunities, and ensure our portfolio continues to deliver meaningful business value to customers while supporting Enablon's growth ambitions.

What will you do?

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Process Safety Management portfolio.
  • Lead the evolution of multiple products into a unified, market-leading solution.
  • Drive portfolio growth through customer insight, market analysis, and commercial innovation.
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, UX, AI, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to bring strategy to life.
  • Engage with customers, analysts, and industry experts to validate product direction and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Prioritize investments that maximize customer value, competitive differentiation, and business growth.
  • Act as a trusted product leader for executive stakeholders, strategic customers, and key industry events.

Your Skills & Experience

We're looking for a product leader who combines strategic thinking with commercial execution and has a proven ability to deliver business results.

You bring:

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience within enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmap, and execution for complex software products or portfolios.
  • A strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving product growth, customer adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software markets and customer-driven product development.
  • Experience in Process Safety, Operational Risk, EHS, Industrial Software, or Asset Management is an advantage, but not essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree is considered a plus.

Soft Skills

You are a strategic and forward-thinking leader who enjoys solving complex business challenges and translating market opportunities into successful products. You build strong relationships across functions, communicate confidently with executive stakeholders and customers, and naturally influence without relying on formal authority. You are commercially driven, customer-focused, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced international environment. Above all, you bring people together around a shared vision, provide clarity in complex situations, and consistently deliver lasting business value.
