As a Demi Chef de Partie – Bakery, you’re not just preparing exceptional breads, pastries, viennoiseries, and baked specialties – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by creating memorable culinary experiences for every guest. Through your craftsmanship, creativity, and attention to detail, you ensure that every baked item reflects the highest standards of quality, freshness, and presentation. Your passion for bakery excellence helps elevate each guest’s stay, turning everyday moments into something truly special.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Prepare bakery products: Produce and present a variety of breads, pastries, viennoiseries, desserts, and baked specialties according to established recipes and Hilton standards, ensuring consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
• Support and guide the bakery team: Assist in supervising Commis Chefs and junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth and efficient bakery operations, particularly in the absence of senior chefs.
• Maintain bakery cleanliness: Keep all bakery workstations, equipment, and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with food hygiene standards, preventing cross-contamination at all times.
• Ensure product quality and proper storage: Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients and finished products, ensuring correct storage, stock rotation (FIFO), and minimal waste.
• Uphold food safety and regulatory standards: Adhere to all health, safety, HACCP, and sanitation requirements, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and team member wellbeing.
• Delight our guests: Contribute to exceptional guest experiences by consistently delivering high-quality bakery products and responding positively to special requests, helping create memorable moments throughout every guest's stay.
