As we scale, we need someone who can build and run the operational backbone of our U.S. presence — from vendor relationships and office logistics to process documentation and cross-functional coordination. This role sits at the center of everything. You'll work directly with the founding team, solve problems before they become crises, and build the systems that let our sales and product teams move fast.What you'll doOwn day-to-day operations for the Chicago office and U.S.-based activitiesBuild and document internal processes — hiring, onboarding, vendor management, and moreCoordinate between teams across time zones (Chicago, Palo Alto, Tashkent)Manage vendor and partner relationshipsIdentify operational gaps and fix them before they slow us downSupport the founding team on special projects and strategic initiativesWhat we're looking for3+ years in operations, chief of staff, or a similar generalist roleExtremely organized — you track details without being askedStrong communicator who can work across cultures and time zonesBias toward action — you'd rather fix something than escalate itComfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing prioritiesNice to haveExperience in a high-growth startup environmentBackground in logistics, freight, or SaaSFamiliarity with remote-first team coordinationWho we areWe're a small team building hard things.
