Job Description:

collaborate with field sales inside sales quote specialist /marketing, warehouse and logistics, as bellow:

support sales team with direct customer contact following the demand planning and quality assurance processes; closely collaborate with field sales to maintain at optimized level; responsible for overall customer management as well as handling customer returns resolving cutomers' enquiries.
