Accountabilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop financial models that translate operational drivers into clear strategic recommendations.
- Design and maintain long-range forecasting models and planning tools that support multi-year business strategies.
- Build predictive financial models using AI-enabled approaches to simulate scenarios, assess risks, and support decision-making.
- Develop and improve finance systems, workflows, and reporting infrastructure through automation and technology solutions.
- Use AI tools and advanced technologies to optimize SQL workflows, reporting processes, and financial analysis.
- Create scalable dashboards and performance reporting tools that provide real-time business visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Media, to support forecasting, unit economics, and performance tracking.
- Analyze business trends and financial data to identify opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities.
- Bring structured problem-solving approaches to complex and high-impact business questions.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes by introducing innovative tools, automation, and data-driven methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
- 5–7+ years of experience in a leading technology company or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Experience in investment banking or a comparable analytical environment is preferred.
- Strong experience building financial models, including three-statement modeling and long-term forecasting.
- Proven ability to use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and automate workflows.
- Ability to leverage AI to create, optimize, and improve SQL-based solutions and financial processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems creatively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
- Ability to work effectively in an international business environment.
- Professional proficiency in both French and English, with the ability to communicate, collaborate, and prepare documentation in both languages.
