Accountabilities:

    • Coordinate resource staffing requests and support the timely deployment and redeployment of employees across projects and business functions.
    • Monitor resource availability, bench status, upcoming project roll-offs, and support effective bench management and workforce utilization.
    • Maintain and update resource allocation systems, dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports to ensure accurate operational data.
    • Prepare and support regular reporting activities, including utilization reports, capacity planning, resource status updates, and risk tracking.
    • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to maintain resource plans, project assignments, contracts, and billing information.
    • Schedule and coordinate stakeholder meetings, deployment discussions, governance reviews, and project planning sessions.
    • Validate and monitor timesheets, Statements of Work (SOWs), and other project-related documentation.
    • Maintain centralized project documentation, including project charters, meeting minutes (MoMs), RACI matrices, and governance records.
    • Support continuous improvements in resource management processes and project coordination activities.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
      • 3–5 years of experience in resource management, PMO support, project coordination, or a similar operational role.
      • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
      • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and reporting quality.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with experience in MIS reporting and Power BI dashboards.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
      • Experience with resource management, staffing, or workforce planning tools is an advantage.
      • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
      • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
