We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Support Administrator to join our growing team on a full-time basis. Working out of our thriving Brisbane office, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
Support the Team Leader in the development of processes and systems within Onterris Australia following migration and company change
Support the process of tender submission and bid administration for technical teams
Independently coordinate travel arrangements for regional area travel and international where required
Support the administration function for the onboarding of all new team members
Work within a team to achieve company objectives, managing multiple inboxes efficiently
Within the administration function, support expense coding, invoice coding and purchase order processing
Oversee interactions with external IT company for trouble shooting, asset management and ticket progress
Coordinate asset registers for the management of field equipment, office equipment and insurance compliance
Support the integrated management system certification process for ISO accreditation
Manage interactions with building management and trades as required
Support the functions of the Brisbane head office for Onterris Australia, including events, supplies, deliveries, floor presentation, and visitors
Your Expertise and Skills
These requirements reflect the knowledge, skills and abilities that help you do your best work here.
3-5 years experience in a business support or administration support role
Advanced skills in Microsoft office suite, including managing multiple inboxes
Demonstrated experience in onboarding portals and other client interface platforms
Finance knowledge in relation to management of expenses, invoices and purchase order processing
Experience in booking remote area travel, use of travel platforms and some exposure to international travel.
Intermediate skills in tender processes and bid administration
Knowledge of Workday and or Coupa an advantage. Alternatively some financial system knowledge
Experience in trouble shooting IT hardware and software issues
