Accountabilities:
- Engage with inbound, pre-qualified clients to understand their needs and provide clear guidance on available financial protection options.
- Support clients through a structured, step-by-step enrollment and onboarding process.
- Deliver a high level of client service while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and trust in all interactions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and portfolio growth.
- Manage client interactions effectively and maintain accurate records of communications and progress.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes and overall client experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continuously strengthen product knowledge and communication skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to individual client needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client information.
- Previous experience in client support, customer service, or sales is an asset but not required.
