You will lead end-to-end executive search processes, from market mapping and proactive talent sourcing to full-cycle recruitment delivery. Accountabilities:
- Lead executive search projects for senior and C-level roles across national and multinational clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including CEOs, Partners, and HR executives, understanding strategic hiring needs.
- Develop and expand client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market mapping and proactive identification of high-level talent across industries.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Oversee performance metrics, KPIs, and P&L related to assigned accounts and projects.
- Ensure a consultative and solution-oriented approach throughout all stages of executive search delivery.
- Proven experience as a Headhunter or Executive Search professional.
- Strong track record of managing recruitment processes for senior and C-level positions.
- Experience interacting directly with executive-level stakeholders (C-Level, Directors, and HR leadership).
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-complexity recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and consultative mindset with focus on results and delivery excellence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with P&L and performance KPI management is a plus.
