Role Overview

Our client is a global technology and digital transformation consultancy delivering enterprise IT operations and cloud management solutions for large international organizations. Their teams help modernize IT infrastructure through automation, observability, and Service Management platforms.

We are looking for a CMDB/CSDM Analyst with strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM. In this role, you will help design, implement, and maintain an accurate Configuration Management Database while ensuring alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). You'll work closely with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to improve data quality, service mapping, and operational visibility across enterprise environments.

COMMITMENT: Full-time

LOCATION: Valencia, Spain (Hybrid / Primarily On-site)

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices
  • Improve data quality, governance, and configuration item (CI) accuracy
  • Configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID Servers
  • Define and maintain CI relationships and service models
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to onboard new services into the CMDB
  • Monitor CMDB health and resolve data quality issues
  • Support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL configuration management processes
  • Produce documentation and governance guidelines for CMDB and CSDM
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM
  • Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID Servers
  • Strong understanding of Configuration Management and data governance
  • Experience working with ITOM modules
  • Experience supporting AWS and/or Azure cloud environments
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITOM, CIS-Discovery, or equivalent)
  • Experience working with large enterprise CMDB implementations
  • Knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure and hybrid environments
  • Experience improving CMDB maturity and CSDM adoption across organizations
