The Sales Executive will engage directly with customers in-store, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations across BlueStone product lines. Responsibilities include driving sales, meeting daily and monthly targets, managing visual merchandising, and ensuring an excellent customer experience at all touchpoints. The role also involves handling inquiries, explaining product features and certifications, processing orders and exchanges, and maintaining accurate sales records. The Sales Executive will collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams to support promotional campaigns and uphold brand standards.QualificationsStrong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer preferences and offer tailored solutions.Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience meeting targets, converting walk-ins, and upselling or cross-selling products.Basic retail operations skills such as POS handling, inventory awareness, and store presentation or visual merchandising.Effective communication skills in English, Hindi and local languages, with a professional and approachable in-store demeanor.Interest in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle products and willingness to learn product details, certifications, and care guidelines.Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.Prior experience in retail or luxury sales is preferred; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
