We are looking for an ISC Operational Care Specialist to join our Sea Logistics Operations team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end shipment documentation and operational processes to ensure international freight movements are completed accurately and on time.

You will work closely with internal teams, overseas offices, and carrier partners to process shipping documentation, maintain shipment data, and support daily operational activities while delivering high-quality service to customers.

How you create impact

• Process and maintain shipping documentation throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Receive, review, and verify shipping documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions (SI) to carriers.
• Review shipping documents, including Master Bills of Lading (MBL), to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Retrieve shipping documents from carrier platforms when required.
• Update and maintain accurate shipment information in operational systems.
• Prepare and distribute shipping documentation to destination offices and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor shipment documentation status and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams, overseas offices, and carriers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Prioritise daily operational activities to meet service commitments and deadlines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and documentation quality.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience in Sea Logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or supply chain operations will have an added advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Good organisational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
• A customer-focused attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
