Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.  Position Summary The Busser plays a key role in supporting front-of-house operations within the convention center's food and beverage program, working in either the café or full-service restaurant. This position is responsible for maintaining clean and organized dining areas, assisting service staff, and ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience. The Busser works closely with servers, bartenders, baristas, and culinary team members to support efficient operations and create a welcoming environment for all guests. This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00-$26.00 and is tip eligible. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until September 25, 2026. The hospitality operation features a diverse portfolio of dining experiences, including a multi-concept café, a modern luxury restaurant, a licensed Starbucks location, and a robust special events catering program. The team is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding food, service, and hospitality within one of the nation's premier cultural destinations. Responsibilities Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently throughout service in the café and/or restaurant.Assist servers, bartenders, and baristas by delivering water, food items, condiments, and other guest requests as needed.Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, café seating areas, service stations, and guest-facing spaces.Refill ice, glassware, silverware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies throughout shifts.Transport dishes, glassware, and utensils to dishwashing areas.Support both café and restaurant operations based on business needs and event schedules.Assist with opening and closing side work duties.Maintain clean floors, tables, chairs, and surrounding dining areas.Support restaurant and café staff during busy service periods to ensure efficient operations.Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.Assist with banquet and special event setup or breakdown when needed.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and management.
