WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support partner fulfillment from contract through recap — tracking timelines, chasing assets, and keeping records current.
- Coordinate partner logistics with internal teams: Marketing, Event Ops, Finance, and others.
- Manage partner information in our systems — Airtable, HubSpot — with accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in building and updating partner timelines based on contract commitments.
- Help audit Summit materials — website, app, signage, printed collateral — to ensure partner deliverables are met.
- Support pre-Summit partner information sessions and post-event recap preparation.
- Respond to partner questions and requests promptly; escalate anything that needs a senior touch.
- Help identify ways to improve how we serve our partners over time.
- Additional responsibilities, as required.
WHO YOU ARE
- Relentlessly organized. You love a system and you know how to build one.
- A people person. You genuinely enjoy working with clients and building relationships.
- A strong writer and communicator — you're clear, warm, and professional in email and in person.
- Fast to learn and not afraid to ask questions.
- Detail-oriented in a way that shows up in your work, not just on your resume.
- Positive energy under pressure. Events are high-stakes and time-sensitive. You thrive in that, or you're excited to find out you do.
- Some exposure to events, client services, or a fast-paced team environment — internship experience counts.
