Marketing Communications Specialist
The Institutional North America Marketing Communications team is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support integrated marketing communications for the Foodservice segment. This role will develop and execute customer-focused campaigns, create engaging content and sales enablement materials, and support digital marketing initiatives for foodservice customers and distribution partners. Working closely with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams, the specialist will help drive customer engagement, strengthen distributor partnerships, and support business growth.
The ideal candidate will have approximately three years of marketing communications experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating customer-focused content and campaigns.
What You Will Do:
- Create, edit, and manage marketing communications across multiple channels, including digital, print, email, video, presentations, websites, and sales collateral.
- Support integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales enablement initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and business results.
- Develop customer-facing content including brochures, sell sheets, case studies, presentations, articles, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Assist with advertising, demand generation, lead nurturing, and promotional programs, including proposal and presentation development.
- Coordinate projects with internal stakeholders, agencies, designers, printers, and other vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of communications materials.
- Support content updates and optimization across digital platforms, including websites, email, and account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure campaigns and communications are executed efficiently and effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3 years of professional experience in marketing communications, content marketing, or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills
- Experience developing content across multiple communication channels and formats
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies or vendors
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $65,800.00 - $98,700.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
