Home Care Assistant Manager

The Clare is recruiting for a hospitality focused Home Care Assistant Manager to join our team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.   
  Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Home Care Assistant Manager:

• Oversees the private duty services in the community
• Orientation and training of caregivers
• Scheduling
• Determines client needs and assigns appropriate personnel
• Perform assessments, spot checks and meet and greets
• Assist with payroll and billing
• Maintains adequate and appropriate inventory supplies and equipment for the provision of client services
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of personnel as applicable and all other federal, state, and accreditation regulations

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Current CPR certification
• CNA certification required
• Good verbal communication skills required
