Are you passionate about transforming healthcare and life sciences through data, AI, and intelligent platforms? Oracle Health Data Intelligence is building the next-generation Life Sciences Intelligence Suite — a unified, AI-powered platform that helps pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations drive better outcomes through data-driven decisions, trial optimization, safety actions, and real-world evidence.
We are seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of life sciences, AI, and cloud technology. In this role, you will shape and drive a modern, agentic SaaS platform that brings together today’s fragmented clinical, safety, and commercial applications into a cohesive, high-value intelligence ecosystem.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a senior product leader who wants to own strategy, influence executive direction, and build platforms that redefine how life sciences organizations operate in conjunction with health systems, healthcare professionals (HCPs) and payers to drive optimal patient outcomes.
About the Role
As a Senior Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product vision, strategy, and execution for a cross-domain product portfolio spanning:

- Digital health initiatives to improve patient experiences and outcomes
- Health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and market access with payers
- Agentic applications and workloads
- Regulatory, privacy, and compliance across the product lifecycle
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, regulatory, and go-to-market teams to deliver a seamless experience across pharma-facing tools, provider-facing workflows, analytics platforms, and data infrastructure.

- Own the product strategy for Oracle’s Life Sciences Intelligence Suite, aligning long-term vision with real customer needs across post-market, safety and evidence generation domains.
- Drive AI-first 0-1 product development, leading the evolution from form-based legacy workflows to intelligent, agentic applications that surface insights and drive actions.
- Champion end-to-end post-market workflows with pharma, health systems and payers — from market intelligence, safety actions, and post-trial commercialization.
- Shape platform architecture and experience, ensuring seamless integration between pharma sponsors, provider sites, and analytics teams.
- Partner deeply with engineering, data science, and cloud infrastructure teams to translate advanced AI capabilities into trusted, scalable products.
- Serve as a senior product voice with customers, engaging executive stakeholders to understand scientific, regulatory, and operational priorities that guide roadmap decisions.
- Influence go-to-market strategy, working with sales, marketing, and business development to drive adoption, growth, and market leadership.
- Operate as a principal-level IC, setting the bar for product excellence, mentoring other PMs through influence (not hierarchy), and shaping product culture across HDI.
