Job Description: Job Description The BD Execution & Program Management Lead provides structured execution and program-management support to the APJ Business Development team. The role focuses on tracking, coordinating, and landing BD initiatives across markets, ensuring momentum, accountability, and follow-through. It works closely with senior BD leadership and supports execution alignment with the Hospitality GTM team. Key Responsibilities Execution & Program Management Act as the execution backbone for APJ BD initiatives, translating plans into tracked outcomes. Establish and maintain tracking of workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Provide regular status updates and risk visibility to BD leadership. Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate across BD, sales, partners, and GTM teams to ensure alignment and timely execution. Support Hospitality team execution by tracking agreed expectations, timelines, and deliverables. Drive consistency and discipline in execution without duplicating leadership decision-making. Success Indicators Higher conversion of BD initiatives into executed outcomes. Improved visibility and predictability of progress across workstreams. Reduced execution overhead on senior BD leaders. Clearer execution expectations across participating teams. Education, Experience & Skills Early- to mid-career professional with strong organizational and execution skills. Experience managing multiple workstreams in parallel. Strong stakeholder coordination and follow-up capability. Detail-oriented and outcome-focused working style.
