Advanced Implementation and Transformation Analyst

Sets up and installs technical systems, applications or processes related to ATM, Self-Checkout and other equipment / application implementation and operation. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems, identifying and documenting technical issues and ensuring their appropriate escalation and resolution. May work with clients on-site or remotely to provide installation assistance. Provides complete professional service support, including the identification and development of solutions, systems, applications and processes to meet client needs and expectations.

Coordinates activities and established processes across an assigned territory, ensuring timely completion of all implementation projects, including: Pre- and post-sale activities.

Pre- and post-implementation activities.

Customer acceptance.

POP completion.

Installation completion notices.

Installation activity meetings.

Installation Activity System requirements.

Maintains and distributes installation activity meeting schedules.

Ensures all installer hours are closed and expenses entered each week.

Verifies, approves and processes subcontractor invoices.

Ensures excess parts are documented and returned.

Verifies and maintains insurance certificates, branch purchase orders and subcontractor agreements.

Ensures installation personnel receive all required training and updates.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent work experience required.

Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Implementation and Transformation.

Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
