Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and support complex applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and related technologies.
- Build modern distributed applications based on microservices architectures and event-driven solutions using messaging platforms such as Kafka and similar tools.
- Contribute to technical decisions, support architecture discussions, manage technical debt, and implement valuable refactoring initiatives.
- Ensure application quality, security, and stability through DevSecOps practices, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
- Perform code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and promote continuous improvement within development teams.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and cloud deployments.
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability challenges across applications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions, processes, and architectures.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development practices.
- Share knowledge about software engineering best practices, new technologies, and AI-powered development approaches with teams and stakeholders.
- Apply artificial intelligence tools and methodologies to accelerate development workflows and improve delivery efficiency.
- Proven experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, NestJS, Express, and similar technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of microservices architectures and API design, including RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with caching strategies, system optimization, and performance improvements.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services, especially AWS solutions such as EKS, S3, and API Gateway.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis), including query optimization techniques.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with messaging systems and event-driven communication patterns.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with test-driven development (TDD/BDD) and automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to work in large-scale development environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of observability, resilience techniques, and monitoring tools is desirable.
