What You'll Do
As our Human Resources Manager, you'll provide leadership and operational oversight for all HR functions across Haven.
You'll:
- Lead HR strategy that supports organizational growth and employee engagement.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop talent, succession, and workforce plans.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop HR team members.
- Guide leaders through employee relations, coaching, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws including FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, ACA, ERISA, and other federal and state regulations.
- Oversee benefits administration, HRIS management, workers' compensation, payroll collaboration, and compliance reporting.
- Champion employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Recommend competitive compensation and benefits strategies through market analysis.
- Develop policies, training, employee communications, and HR best practices.
- Continuously improve HR systems, workflows, and processes while embracing new technologies and AI solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
- 3+ years of Human Resources management experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- High integrity, sound judgment, and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Passion for building relationships and helping employees succeed
