Accountabilities:
- Oversee daily cash services operations, ensuring timely and accurate posting of payments, resolution of unapplied cash, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators including cash posting turnaround times, unposted cash, unapplied cash aging, reconciliations, electronic payment percentages, and other operational benchmarks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and support teams by fostering engagement, accountability, and a culture focused on operational excellence.
- Manage department workflows, identify performance trends, and implement training, process improvements, and corrective actions to address challenges.
- Partner with finance, operations, and client teams to improve processes, resolve escalations, and deliver consistent financial outcomes.
- Analyze root causes of posting delays and operational issues while developing solutions through automation, process optimization, and resource planning.
- Oversee cash reconciliation activities and ensure accurate reporting is completed within established timelines.
- Support client integrations, staffing models, operational assessments, best practice initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
- Participate in leadership meetings and client discussions to provide operational insights and drive successful outcomes.
- Extensive experience in cash management, revenue cycle operations, healthcare finance, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and improving operational performance through coaching, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of cash application processes, payment reconciliation, electronic remittance advice (ERA), electronic funds transfer (EFT), and revenue cycle reporting.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and develop effective solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Strong decision-making capabilities with the ability to address complex challenges and drive timely resolutions.
- Experience with automation, workflow optimization, and operational improvement initiatives is preferred.

- Competitive salary range of $92,400–$138,600 based on relevant experience and qualifications.
