Position Summary
The Talent Marketing & Digital Experience Specialist will support the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of NTT DATA’s digital talent marketing experiences, with a strong focus on the user experience across the careers site and broader candidate journey.
This includes careers site content, CMS updates, landing pages, campaign pages, chatbot and Talent Companion experiences, Alumni community and Candidate Concierge management, SEO/search optimization, analytics, and performance reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity, digital content, user experience, marketing operations, and technology-enabled delivery to create engaging, accessible, and effective candidate experiences. The specialist will help translate NTT DATA’s employer brand and talent value proposition into compelling digital experiences that attract, engage, and convert relevant talent.
Key Responsibilities
Careers Site, UX and Digital Experience
- Support the day-to-day management and optimization of NTT DATA’s careers site and related digital candidate experience platforms.
- Improve the user experience across the careers site by reviewing content structure, navigation, page journeys, accessibility, usability, and candidate engagement points.
- Create, update, and maintain careers site content, campaign pages, landing pages, and other digital talent marketing assets through the CMS.
- Support chatbot, Alumni community and Candidate Concierge, and Talent Companion experiences, including content updates, candidate flows, FAQs, testing, and journey improvements.
- Identify opportunities to reduce friction and improve the candidate experience across the digital talent journey.
- Manage Talent Marketing experiences within the CMS, including templates, careers pages, landing pages, campaign pages, workflows, candidate journeys, and site configurations.
- Work with I&T, Phenom support, and relevant platform stakeholders on integrations, releases, enhancements, testing, and system changes that impact Talent Marketing functionality.
- Support localization, translations, content updates, governance standards, quality assurance, and compliance with brand, privacy, legal, and accessibility requirements.
SEO and Content Optimization
- Support SEO/search optimization for careers site content, job-related landing pages, campaign pages, and other talent marketing digital assets.
- Apply SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, metadata, page structure, internal linking, content hierarchy, and search-friendly copywriting.
- Use search insights and performance data to identify content gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Recommend updates to improve visibility, traffic, engagement, and candidate conversion.
Talent Marketing Campaigns and Content Execution
- Build and maintain campaign landing pages and digital content aligned with employer brand messaging and hiring goals.
- Support the development of lead generation initiatives, event promotion pages, and candidate engagement journeys.
- Coordinate campaign assets, tracking links, requirements, approvals, and quality assurance to ensure campaigns are launched on schedule and to standard.
- Ensure campaign content is consistent, locally relevant where needed, and aligned with NTT DATA’s employer value proposition.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and conversion data.
Analytics, Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Track and analyze performance across careers site pages, landing pages, campaign pages, chatbot interactions, and candidate journeys.
- Partner with Talent Analytics team to provide regular insights and recommendations on traffic, candidate engagement, conversion, campaign performance, and content effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking, attribution, reporting, and analytics across Talent Marketing initiatives.
- Use data and candidate behavior insights to recommend content, UX, campaign, and SEO improvements.
Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination
- Work closely with Global Talent Marketing, Talent Acquisition, P&C, I&T, regional stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver effective digital candidate experiences.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into practical digital content, campaign, and experience updates.
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, feedback, dependencies, and delivery of digital talent marketing assets.
- Partner with external platform stakeholders where Talent Marketing activity intersects with CRM workflows, recruitment processes, talent communities, candidate nurture activity, or shared candidate journeys.
- Contribute to a consistent, high-quality, and globally aligned Talent Marketing experience across regions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in Talent Marketing, Recruitment Marketing, Employer Brand, Digital Marketing, Creative Operations, Campaign Operations, Content Management, or Digital Candidate Experience.
- Hands-on experience managing digital content through CMS platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and content optimization skills, with the ability to create clear and candidate-focused messaging.
- Understanding of SEO/search optimization principles and how they apply to digital content and candidate attraction.
- Good understanding of digital user experience principles, including content structure, navigation, accessibility, usability, and conversion-focused candidate journeys.
- Experience supporting digital campaigns, landing pages, content updates, and candidate engagement journeys.
- Ability to interpret analytics and turn insights into practical recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple content, campaign, and stakeholder requests.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
- Proactive, organized, and collaborative working style.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with Phenom, chatbot/Talent Companion, recruitment marketing platforms, CRM, marketing automation, or candidate engagement technologies.
- Experience in a global, matrixed, or technology-driven organization.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Search Console, marketing automation tools, or dashboard/reporting tools.
- Experience supporting talent attraction campaigns.
- Basic understanding of UX writing, accessibility, localization, and content governance.
- Experience working with external vendors or digital platform partners.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition processes and candidate behavior across the hiring journey.
