In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Provide administrative and executive support in a fast-paced environment
- Proactively manage a complex calendar with intention and strategic priorities in mind
- Work with stakeholders to prepare effective pre-reads and materials
- Work closely and effectively with the Executives’ team
- Manage extensive domestic and international travel arrangements including detailed itineraries
- Support day-to-day needs that keep the executive operating at their best
- Manage both planned and last-minute requests with discretion and poised execution
- Bring a growth mindset – comfortable wearing multiple hats, pitching in as needed
- Frequent engagement with leadership-level contacts both inside and outside the organization.
- Conduct research, compile, analyze, and summarize information for reports and correspondence, while managing sensitive and complex situations with discretion and tact.
- Drive process and product innovation.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- High school/secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Applicable vocational training such as courses on relevant business software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), basic business writing, or similar preferred; AA degree or relevant business certifications preferred.
- 7+ years of total work experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of some experience.
- Proven ability to exercise autonomy in managing complex, confidential administrative duties requiring broad knowledge of organizational policies and procedures
- The candidate must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience/interest in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency both within the administrative function and in support of the executives
